SecureIT Technical Knowledge Base

The IT Team continues to grow and we continue to update the SecureIT Community based on feedback we have received from our members.

Last week we made available to IT Team members the SecureIT Technical Knowledge Base that is used by our Level 1 and Level 3 technicians. To access the Technical Knowledge Base, simply login to SecureIT Community and the Technical Knowledge Base tab will appear! You can then begin exploring the SecureIT knowledge base articles.  The knowledge base is a great way for our partners to see resolutions to common SecureIT problems, and is also a great resource for their CSRs or Support Technicians to learn more about how our technicians resolve these issues.

There are a couple of ways to locate an article. If there is a problem area that pertains to the subject you are looking for, you can choose a primary problem area, as well as a secondary problem area and all of the articles associated with these areas will appear for you to browse through. If you don’t see a problem area that describes what you are looking for, you can do a search by keyword. Your search will return results that have that keyword in the knowledge base article.

Once you find an article that you are interested in reading, click on the arrow just to the left of the article title, and it will display the entire article to you.

Is there additional information or topics that you would like to see added to SecureIT Community?  Do you have comments you would like to share with us?  We’d love to hear them!  Please submit to or through the SecureIT Community forum.
